Behind the scenes at Forza GB we have a great team of individuals who are devoted to delivering the best quality of service to each and every customer that visits us. For our team to maintain this level we believe in giving them the highest level of training which is why all our technicians will attend BMW Academy at Wokefield Park to receive world class training from BMW themselves.
And we don't stop there, we have now introduced an apprentice incentive scheme that when they join us they are given a brand new full Snap-on tool kit to use during their 2 year course. If they are successful, the tool kit becomes theirs to keep at the end of their training... This incentive scheme will be in place for all apprentices that join us.
We strive to be at the pinnacle of the motor-trade, to be a company that is not only admired but talked about at every level, we want Forza GB to become a world renowned name.
How can we achieve this? Through constant development and redevelopment of systems and procedures from ground level within the company so that we can ensure that the customer experience is one of exceptional quality all of the time.
The passion and the drive behind Forza GB is infectious and we have many goals to achieve as we move forward into the future.
So where is Forza GB going? What are the long term Visions for the company? Well, the plan for the near future is to create a second company that specialises in Supercars, those being Ferrari. Lamborghini and Maserati. This company will be Forza SC (Supercars) Ltd and will likely start life from our current site. The two companies will be home to some of the country's best Master technicians, Diagnostic technicians and Apprentices, so the Ethos that drives Forza GB's 'Service beyond expectation' remains intact.
Could we even achieve Europe?
